Make Health Your Number 1 Priority.
---------------------------------
Before I started entrepreneurship I first stepped into the gym almost 4 years ago.
I got hooked of course, jacked as of now.
I decided to take my health seriously.
The gym wasn't enough.
I quit drinking, smoking, and other bull crap.
What I decided to do was the title: Making health my number 1 priority.
Why's that?
Because when I decided to take my health more seriously I also started to take my entire life more seriously.
For example:
If it wasn't for the gym, then I wouldn't have found:
• Entrepreneurship
• Friends who think like me
• (and even) God himself
Healthy me made so many things possible that my old me could have only dreamed of.
Now that you know a little bit of my story, let's focus on you!
It's time for you to take your health serious if you didn't already.
-
A friend of mine, recently said (who's a kickboxer):
"When you start to get serious about your health, everything what you do becomes serious. Everything you do, you do 100%."
-
Alright, now how do you actually get started.
We all know the basics.
Eating less (bad foods) and exercising more.
Not all of us know the deeper stuff.
Let's tackle 3 simple hacks today...
---------------------------------
1.) Get Rid of Eating Habits That Slow You Down by Cleaning Your Environment
In the book "Atomic Habits - James Clear" he talks about your environment.
This is something which I believe to be the most impactful on your decisions.
For example:
If you have an environment that is dirty, you automatically become less disciplined yourself.
Same goes for the other way around.
Clutter, in this example, ruins your chances of winning.
Same when it comes to health.
If your environment has a lot of different factors, or even a few, that indicate bad habits then that automatically ruins your decision making.
Clean Your Environment, Get Rid of Bad Habits.
This is a sentence that I know personally to be true.
2.) Be Strict With Yourself
This is something which is hard for most.
I'M NOT KIDDING.
I've had friend who I had conversations with on how they could improve their life.
Those friends became hyped and said: "Let's do it!"
And quit about a week later.
Why?
Because they couldn't be strict with themselves and actually continue to take action.
Don't fall into this trap.
Be strict with yourself, be disciplined.
3.) Be Careful Who Your "Friends" Are
This part, is something that no one should look over.
Your friends can be the best thing in your environment, or the worst.
Why's that?
Because you are a product of them.
You become who you hang around with.
It's literally that simple.
Please understand this and hang around with winners, because that's how you become one too.
